Day 32
I sweat at the gym.

I never used to sweat. Not at home, not at the gym, not in the sun. The most I'd get is a little glow, now I full on sweat. To me it has to be some sort of metabolic change.

I've been very good about going to the gym and pretty good considering my eating habits. I'm making dinner more, making fruit smoothies (with yogurt and honey) in the morning and in general doing my body good, I think.

The best part of all this? I feel thinner. I know the numbers say I'm not any thinner but I feel tighter when I look in the mirror. It's easier to do that 20 minutes on the bike and I'm starting to enjoy it (especially now that I sweat).

Things are on the up and up.
